About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been working in the mental health field since 2007. I am comfortable working with clients who are struggling with a wide range of issues including , anxiety, depression, self-harm, self-esteem, life transitions, etc.
I am an US Army veteran and have extensive experience working with active duty, veterans, law enforcement, first responders, firefighters, and government agents on challenges that come with their profession or trauma exposure as well as Post-traumatic stress issues.
I utilize a client-centered approach in my therapy, working hard to create a non-judgemental and supportive environment to support my clients and help them realize their strengths, potential and resiliency. I can’t wait to meet you.
