I am licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin with 12 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with addictions, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I use a variety of therapy techniques when working with clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. You will find I am empathetic, calming, non-judgmental, and a bit funny. ;) I hold sessions outside of "typical" business hours - several nights per week and Sunday mornings.
