I am a licensed therapist in Maryland with four years of clinical experience and 18 years of work in the human services field. I specialize in helping clients navigate a range of challenges including but not limited to; stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, focus, concentration, and memory.
