About me
*I AM ONLY ABLE TO PROVIDE TELEHEALTH SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE STATES OF ARKANSAS AND SOUTH CAROLINA*
It's been a tough journey for you lately. You've been struggling with anxiety and sadness, and it feels like there's a constant weight on your shoulders. You try to keep up a positive facade, but inside, you feel like you're barely holding it together.
On top of that, you've been dealing with a pattern of unhealthy relationships and people-pleasing behavior. You always put others' needs before your own, even when it's not healthy for you. You're starting to see how this behavior has led you to stay in relationships too long that aren't good for you and this has started to impact your self-esteem and confidence. You have started to second-guess the decisions and choices you make as you no longer trust your own judgment.
My name is Monique Randle, LCSW. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas, a Professional Social Worker Telehealth Provider in the state of South Carolina, and I am currently pursuing certification as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. It's a big step, but you know that you need help to break these patterns and improve your mental health. With over 12 years of experience helping women like yourself, I know that we can you get the life you deserve.
In our first week or two together, you may feel nervous but also relieved to finally have a safe space to share your struggles. This is normal. As your therapist, I will listen without judgment and offer practical tools to help you begin to manage your anxiety and sadness and begin to set healthy boundaries for yourself.
As you continue with therapy, you'll learn how to prioritize your own needs and assert yourself in relationships. It's not easy, and some days it feels like you're taking two steps forward and one step back. But I want you to know that healing is a process that takes time. It won't happen overnight as your problems didn't happen overnight.
TRUST THE PROCESS!
Remember to be kind to yourself. You're doing the hard work of taking care of yourself and breaking old patterns. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
As someone who has been in your shoes, I know that it takes courage to seek help toward having a more fulfilling and joyful life. By being here, you have taken the first step toward change. If you are ready to take the next step I am here for you.
Let's talk and see how we can work together to get you the life you deserve!

Monique Randle is great! She allows me to message her rather than having face-to-face sessions, and I am comfortable with this.

Monique has been such a huge help to me. I’ve seen several different therapists and she is the only who truly understands my struggles and has the knowledge to help me. I’m so grateful that I found her!

I've tried multiple therapists, both in person and on this platform, and Monique is the first one that I've ever really connected with and found helpful. She really listens and provides feedback and resources to help whatever issues I'm dealing with. I can't recommend her highly enough.
