Hey there!
Imagine a life where anxiety no longer calls the shots. Picture yourself feeling confident and at ease, navigating each day without that persistent grip on your chest. That's the life we're working towards, where you can breathe freely, and joy takes the lead.
Ever wanted to build relationships that lift you up, where you feel heard, respected, and valued? It's possible, and we'll get there together. We'll uncover your unique strengths and communication tools to create those deep, meaningful connections you've been craving.
Setting boundaries and saying "yes" to yourself is an act of self-love, not selfishness. Picture a life where guilt doesn't shadow your choices, where you confidently prioritize your well-being without second-guessing. That life is within reach, and I'm here to guide you to embrace it.
Let's journey towards a life lived unapologetically—where your dreams, desires, and needs matter. Together, we'll navigate the path to liberation from anxiety's chains, cultivating relationships that energize you, and crafting a future where self-love takes center stage.
Ready to take the first step? Let's embark on this transformative adventure and help you reclaim a life that's authentically and beautifully yours. Let's start today!
My name is Monique Randle, LCSW. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arkansas and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
Having taken the first big step already, take the next step and reach out. It won't be easy but finally getting the life you so deserve would be worth it.
In our first week or two together, you may feel nervous but also relieved to finally have a safe space to share your struggles. This is normal. As your therapist, I will listen without judgment and offer practical tools to help you begin to manage your anxiety, build healthy relationships that thrive, and begin to set healthy boundaries for yourself.
As you continue with therapy, you'll learn how to prioritize your own needs and assert yourself in relationships. It's not easy, and some days it feels like you're taking two steps forward and one step back. But I want you to know that healing is a process that takes time. It won't happen overnight as your problems didn't happen overnight.
TRUST THE PROCESS!
Remember to be kind to yourself. You're doing the hard work of taking care of yourself and breaking old patterns. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
As someone who has been in your shoes, I know that it takes courage to seek help toward having a more fulfilling and joyful life. By being here, you have taken the first step toward change. If you are ready to take the next step I am here for you.
Let's talk and see how we can work together to get you the life you deserve!

Monique Randle is great! She allows me to message her rather than having face-to-face sessions, and I am comfortable with this.

I’ve just started counseling but I already feel as though Monique truly listens to me and understands what I’m most worried about. She’s very kind and doesn’t make me feel uneasy about getting help unlike other counselors I had been to. She’s very quick to respond and I already trust her so much.

I haven’t been working with Monique for that long but I can say for someone who has never been a fan of therapy of any kind she has changed my mind. She relates to me she and it’s calming talking to her. She is kind and respectful. She helped me more in my first week than any counseling of months has ever helped me. I disclosed very personal things to her obviously and she shared personal experience that I would never necessarily expect a stranger to come to me with but when I told her my trouble and she told me hers suddenly I didn’t feel so alone anymore and I didn’t even realized how badly I needed that validation. She’s an amazing therapist and I absolutely 110% recommend her.
