If I schedule an appointment at 5pm, I would expect my therapist to be present, just as if I was doing an in person meeting. 30 mins waiting and no call. Unbelievable. Not a good look.

Myra has been a God sent. She’s been able to help me find ways to cope with my anxiety and depression in a healthy way and really focus on myself. With her guidance, I’ve been able to realize that we all go through tough times but we need to remember that we’re human and the goal is learn from the experience and move forward because life is great, you just really have set your mind to see it.
