I’ve been seeing my therapist weekly, and the experience has been incredibly helpful. She is both experienced and genuinely caring. Her compassion and empathy create a safe space where I feel comfortable expressing even my most raw and uncomfortable thoughts without fear of judgment. She listens with the intent to understand and always validates my feelings.
She has been a tremendous support as I’ve navigated the grief of losing my mother suddenly. I can tell she truly cares… not only during our sessions but also through her thoughtful check-ins and prompt responses throughout the week. I’m so grateful for the healing and understanding I’ve gained through our work together.
