She is so easy to talk to, has made me feel very comfortable and helped me to open up about my true feelings.

Nancy has been absolutely wonderful; I was hesitant about starting therapy as I have had some negative experiences in the past. But, Nancy has helped me more in three months than I ever thought possible. I came to her broken, a shell of a woman. She listened to me, reassured me, and taught me how to love myself. She gave me the tools to be the best version of myself I can be.

I couldn't recommend Nancy more. If you are ready to put in the work and become a stronger version of yourself, she is the one you should go to. In three months, I have become someone I am proud of; I don't even recognize who I was when I first came to her.

One thing I would like to say: whatever therapist you choose, you will only get what you put into therapy. You need to be prepared to have the tough discussions, look inward, and change. If you are ready for that, Nancy will take your hand and guide you through the darkness into the light. She is really a wonderful therapist and human being.

Nancy is really able to hear and understand me, and cut to the core of what I would like to work on. She provides practical tools that make it easy to follow up on/put into place.
