I provide both individual and couples counseling In working with addiction I believe that it is important to address not only the addiction, but the cause the addiction, as typically there is also a mental health disorder. In addition to working with addiction I also work with individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, self esteem, and anger management and trauma. I provide couples counseling, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, parenting and intimacy.
