Nancy Preuit, LPC
About me
If you’re going through a life transition or feeling overwhelmed by emotional challenges, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience practicing in Wyoming, and I work with individuals who are dealing with stress, anxiety, grief, and self-esteem concerns.
You might be facing a midlife transition, struggling with relationships, feeling stuck or disconnected, or trying to make sense of the next chapter of your life. I also work with young adults navigating early adulthood challenges and individuals seeking deeper personal growth. Together, we focus on increasing self-awareness, improving communication, and building more meaningful connections—with others and with yourself.
I support clients with a wide range of concerns, including mood disorders, trauma recovery, questions about life purpose, and feelings of isolation or emptiness. My goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s coming up for you at your own pace and develop coping strategies that truly fit your life.
Therapy is a collaborative process, and our work will be tailored to your unique needs and goals. I aim to help you build resilience, strengthen self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with who you are.
If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to reach out when you’re ready. Asking for support is a meaningful first step, and I’m here to help you decide whether this feels like the right fit.

Nancy is doing so well trying to help me feel better and love myself enough. Even though she doesn’t know me that well yet she is amazing at what she does

Nancy is always on point when it comes to timeliness and especially patience. She is always supportive and lets me process situations and decisions myself without telling me what I should and should not do.
