About me

Life can feel heavy at times and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. My role as a therapist is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood.

I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) and a board approved supervisor with a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. I have been working in the field of social work and mental health for over 10 years, supporting individuals in a variety of settings. I have been fully licensed as an LCSW-C for the past 4 years, which allows me to provide independent clinical care.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Positive Psychology. In our work together, we will identify your strengths, develop practical coping skills, and build insights that help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I support adults navigating depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and building resilience during times of change. Clients often share that they feel heard, encouraged, and more hopeful after our sessions. I am committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel free to express yourself and truly be understood.

No matter what challenges you’re facing, you deserve support and a space to feel heard. I look forward to supporting you as you find clarity, strength, and hope.

Naomi is a very observant and insightful therapist. She is also methodical, allowing for all aspects of my psychology to emerge before providing feedback. I believe she is extremely talented.
