Dr. Natalia Kuzmina, LMFT, LCMFT
About me
- Do you find yourself in relationships that feel one-sided and emotionally draining?
- Is your inner critic so loud that you constantly second-guess your own decisions?
- Are you exhausted from a lifetime of trying to be "good enough" for others?
If you answered yes, you are in the right place. These painful experiences are often the echoes of unresolved attachment trauma. As a Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and a Hypnotherapist with 15 years of experience, I specialize in helping people break these cycles for good.
My approach is direct and transformative. We use powerful tools like EMDR and Hypnotherapy to heal the old wounds that keep you stuck. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build new, healthy habits of thought and behavior. Together, we will work to quiet your inner critic, build rock-solid boundaries, and reconnect you with your authentic, confident self.
Are you ready to write a new story?

She's knowledgeable, committed, calm, great listening skills and provides great feedback. She's patient! She's communicative, flexible and always checks in at least every other day. I am still fairly new to therapy and i think she's going to be the one i plan to.continue treatment for a while. I look forward to my sessions
Written on Jan 07, 2024 after therapy with Natalia for 8 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, sleeping disorders, parenting issues, self esteem, anger management, career difficulties, coping with life changes, and compassion fatigue
Dr. Kuzmina is just amazing! She knows exactly what needs to be done for her patients. Right after our first session she understood my concerns and offered me the treatment that suits best to me. I am grateful to have a therapist like her. My concerns were well addressed and now I am feeling much better than before. She provided me with relevant material to read and understand what’s going on with me so that I am able to cope with everything myself. The worksheets that she gave were the best part, even if I am stuck somewhere, I go back to the worksheet to understand and analyze the situation and know how to handle it. I would love to continue consulting with her for any other concerns in futures.
