Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Natalie Alepin. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Natalie is open-minded, attentive, dynamic, and flexible. She does not mince words but at the same time, is diplomatic when making suggestions or offering guidance. Her approach is multimodal, and she pivots to another school of thought when the need arises. She respects diversity and factors it into her suggestions. I have had other therapist/counselors who feel the need to inject their own personal experiences or biases into the session. In the time that I have spent with Natalie, she has refrained from this unwarranted input.

Natalie has impeccable, active listening skills, which has been a market foundation of which I have experienced a great deal of healing and progress. She helps me to keep track of previous session topics and my goals and reviews these with me which I find to be extremely helpful to keep me on track. She is honest and forthcoming while also being supportive and kind. She will bring up things she observes and words them in a way that I never thought of which helps me to have aha moments. They sometimes produce great breakthroughs for me. I’m extremely happy with my progress And healing and working with Natalie as my therapist.

Written on Dec 31, 2025 after therapy with Natalie for 1 year and 5 months on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, bipolar disorder, and adhd

Natalie is thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable and her guidance has been invaluable. Sometimes it's most helpful for me to "think outloud" and she responds as needed throughout the sessions and respects that working through things myself within the regularity and framework of therapy is beneficial in itself.
