About me

Hi there! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 5 years of experience helping people to improve their mental health. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a Master's degree in social work. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

My therapy approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-focused therapies. I believe strongly in the person-in-environment approach to therapy, which states people are both affected by and can affect their environment. It is through this lens that I help people to notice patterns, gain insight and coping skills to help them manage their emotions.

I know it takes a lot of strength and courage to ask for help. I am here for you, and would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals.
