Natalie Quiring-Oleson

About Me

Hi there! I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with more than 5 years of experience helping people to improve their mental health. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology, and a Master's degree in social work. I specialize in working with people who are struggling with anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship issues.

My therapy approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques such as solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-focused therapies. I believe strongly in the person-in-environment approach to therapy, which states people are both affected by and can affect their environment. It is through this lens that I help people to notice patterns, gain insight and coping skills to help them manage their emotions.

I know it takes a lot of strength and courage to ask for help. I am here for you, and would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals.

Natalie is not only empathetic, but also helpful. She has given me so many tools to deal with everyday that have stemmed out from what I originally sought out help for into other parts of my life. She truly gets to the foundation of yourself to help you.
