I have over 20 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in various settings: private practice, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, domestic violence shelters, forensic facilities and advocacy centers. I was qualified as an expert witness in trauma and abuse in several metro Atlanta counties and conducted over 300 forensic interviews. I served over 10 years as an Executive Board Member on the State of Georgia Sexual Offender Registration Review Board (SORRB) and published on various mental health topics. I also taught psychology at the undergraduate level and conducted workshops on relationship issues, parenting skills, stress management and mandated reporting. In addition, I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor.
I received my BA from Emory University and both my M.Ed and Ed.S from the University of Florida. I am a Certified Professional Counselors Supervisor and am also a registered out-of-state Telemental Health Provider for the State of Florida (TPMC4) and therefore can see FL residents.
I approach counseling as a relationship in which you are the expert of your own life. My job is to meet you where you are now and help empower you to resolve your own issues during and after therapy. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral (CBT), solution focused and rational emotive behavior therapies together we will strive to change a situation that no longer works so you can live your best life.

Natasha is a great counselor and always says exactly what I need to here. Even in the toughest of situations where I feel like I’m stuck, I immediately feel better and comforted after discussing with Natasha.

I was in a big life crisis, Natasha was always there for me and shortly after our session I managed to go through it and actually change my life. I realized my worth and I feel like my life quality is changing day by day.
I’m very thankful to Natasha for being supportive, understanding and giving me practical techniques to help every time I really needed it. I always felt calm and safe while opening a session with her.
I highly recommend you to work with Natasha in case you’re completely lost and feel like your life will never be good again. You’ll get better very soon.

Natasha is such a warm and empathetic therapist that makes it feel safe to be with uncomfortable and difficult emotions. In my time working with her, I find that I have a much better sense of positive self-regard and greater clarity on what drives me and what I can take the steering wheel back from. I appreciate each session and the growth I gain in every session working with her. If you're looking for support in whatever you're going through, she is the counselor for you. Please work with her if you get the chance to!

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about text-only sessions, but being able to contact Natasha during my moments of intense sadness and anxiety has been really helpful. I'm able to capture what I'm feeling, and Natasha is great at getting to the root of the problem while offering helpful and kind advice. She also provides virtual worksheets that help me work through my anxieties and build up my confidence!

She is simply the best. I am way more at peace, non-suicidal, and finally finding my way to happiness. I am so grateful for her guidance and non-judgement. She is thorough and consistent. She honest, kind, and respectful in her approach.
