I have over 19 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in various settings: private practice, psychiatric hospitals, residential treatment centers, domestic violence shelters, forensic facilities and advocacy centers. I was qualified as an expert witness in trauma and abuse in several metro Atlanta counties and conducted over 300 forensic interviews. I served over 10 years as an Executive Board Member on the State of Georgia Sexual Offender Registration Review Board (SORRB) and published on various mental health topics. I also taught psychology at the undergraduate level and conducted workshops on relationship issues, parenting skills, stress management and mandated reporting.
I received my BA from Emory University and both my M.Ed and Ed.S from the University of Florida. I have worked in the mental health field for over 23 years-18 years as a LPC. I am also a registered out-of-state Telemental Health Provider for the State of Florida (TPMC4) and therefore can see FL residents.
I approach counseling as a relationship in which you are the expert of your own life. My job is to meet you where you are now and help empower you to resolve your own issues during and after therapy. Drawing from cognitive-behavioral (CBT), solution focused and rational emotive behavior therapies together we will strive to change a situation that no longer works so you can live your best life.
I look forward to working with you.

Natasha is a good and adaptive listening skills; helping dearly to fix the issues at hand with well thought-out advice and methods.
Natasha is an excellent and prompt communicator with great attention and care to correspondence. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her service.
Natasha is very understanding an has been able to help me identify certain behaviors I have, and also has helped me in seeing how these behaviors affect my view of self and my views on needing help. I highly recommend her to anyone that struggles with talking to others about their feelings or is anxious/nervous about counseling.
This is my first counseling experience with counseling and Natasha is one of the best people I could come across.
Extremely professional and but extremely passionate person about her work! She gives a very genuine reply and even takes into account what my husband and kids think and behave when I put it across to her verbatim.
Writing to her is like a soundboard to me! So, I take steps or act on things once I have written to her :-)
Sometimes, I write through the day if I feel vulnerable and sometimes only update her end of the day!
She responds to me almost daily and sometimes more than once if she has read it!
Also BetterHelp app has this great facility of having weekly sessions and keep writing, which I really like as it is helping me a lot!
So yeah, all in all Dr. Natasha Dedijer-Turner is a very good counselor and she really is helping me out to come out of my shell and act accordingly!
Natasha is a great therapist. Very helpful and provided relevant tools to deal with my issues.
Natasha was very helpful and provided some great tools to help me deal with family stress. I highly recommend her!
Natasha is a great therapist! Her counseling helped me a lot. Recommend her.
Natasha has given me realistic and helpful tools for improving my anxiety and self-esteem. She has a keen ability to shift my perspective when I am intensely worrying about something. And I see a difference in the way I handle my anxiety the last few months. I highly recommend Natasha!
Natasha is a very insightful, kind and compassionate counselor. Her gentle, professional approach to guiding you through a problem shows her empathy and understanding. She helped me see some childhood issues that I hadn’t addressed in years.
She’s great at what she does. She really helped me change my perspective on life. If I had to do it all over again I’d do it with her without any doubt.
Natasha has been a truly amazing counselor! I now feel that I have the confidence to face challenges as they come. Natasha helped me to reflect on why I might be feeling a certain way, while providing me with some tools to cope with my anxiety as needed. She was incredibly understanding and helped me to set realistic goals with myself and others. Not only can I tell that our counseling sessions helped, but also others have commented on the positive changes I have made. She's awesome!
Natasha has been very thoughtful and understanding and has provided me with useful tools to understand myself better and help me deal with my issues. She replied quickly to all my questions in our chat session and during our weekly live calls I felt safe and understood, and that I can openly share all my thoughts and feelings with her.
I am very pleased with Natasha's help - she is insightful, smart and a good listener. She gave me very useful advice and listened with empathy, making me feel empowered to make some changes in a time when I was feeling overwhelmed.
Natasha is a really great counsellor. She is very knowledgable and professional. What I especially like about Natasha is that she is very professional but at the same time also very simple. She can explain a very complicated topic in a couple of very simple words and examples. I was extremely lucky that we matched.
I'm grateful that Natasha was assigned to me. She really is the expert in family conflict. She explained about the cause of my problem since the beginning. I've been wondering and depressed about my life for a long time, and no other counselor could give a spot-on explanation. Thank you.
Natasha is very approachable and easy to talk to. She is a great listener and very respectful and is cognizant of what her clients' priorities are. She offers a variety of therapy approaches and was very beneficial to me.
Natasha is a great counselor and really listens to my needs. Not just what I say but what I am not saying. Her advice and expertise has greatly impacted my life and I look forward to continuously working with her to strengthen my mental health!
I have reviewed Natasha before, but again I can't say enough about how thankful I am for her and her expertise. She has guided me through the worst season of my life and I'm so much happier, and thinking clearer, straighter---- all because of her and her strategies. She has helped me make sense of everything :) I appreciate her so much!
I like working with Natasha. She sends me handouts that help, she helps with my primary concerns and if there's an issue in my life that I need to talk about she's ready to help me talk through it.
She does a lot to get to the root of your problem and helps you to correctly see your past, present, and future in a way that will be most beneficial to you. She’s a blessing.
Natasha has been dedicated to helping me be at peace and has provided me with so many resources to practice self-care as well as opportunities to rewire my thoughts to help me become a better version of myself. She listens to all my needs and provides a safe environment to speak whatever is on my mind! =)
Natasha has been terrific so far. We’ve had one video call and had many text messages. I have found her to be incredibly empathetic, flexible and understanding. She is helping me write very realistic goals for my treatment as she very clearly understands that’s what I need right now . I am really enjoying working with Natasha and am looking forward to more sessions.
