Natasza Bruni
About me
Existential & Narrative Therapist & Coach
I am a therapist working at the intersection of existential therapy, narrative therapy, and coaching. I work particularly well with individuals who are grappling with questions of meaning, identity, freedom, responsibility, and limitation. My practice is grounded in the understanding that distress often arises from the fundamental challenges of being human, uncertainty, loss, change, isolation, and the search for purpose.
My approach supports clients in reflecting on their values, choices, and life direction, while also re-authoring limiting narratives and developing a more coherent and compassionate sense of self. Where helpful, I integrate coaching methods, including values clarification, goal-focused reflection, and practical change strategies so that insight can translate into grounded intentional action.
I tend to work best with clients who value honesty, depth, and self-understanding, and who want to develop greater clarity, agency, and relational awareness. Therapy offers space for emotional exploration and meaning-making, allowing us to examine both suffering and possibility.
Alongside my core modalities, I also draw on person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, art therapy, internal family systems, and philosophical inquiry. As a coach, I focus on clarity, direction, and the translation of insight into action.
A key area of my work is communication. I help clients develop clearer self-expression and confidence in articulating needs, limits, and emotions. This includes exploring communication patterns, navigating difficult conversations and boundaries, improving relational communication in personal and professional context, and examining how unspoken fears, assumptions, and roles shape interaction. I believe in exercising courage over comfort even when the voice shakes.
My style is thoughtful, engaged, and non-directive, but not passive. I actively reflect, question, and invite clients to take responsibility for their choices while remaining compassionate toward human limitations. Sessions are tailored to the individual, balancing emotional depth with practical reflection. I value honesty, autonomy, and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship.
This way of working is particularly suited to clients who are reflective, questioning, or seeking a deeper engagement with how they want to live, especially when familiar strategies no longer feel sufficient.
I am professionally qualified and registered in the UK with a background in counselling, coaching, healthcare education and nursing. I have worked for a number of national charities including Cruse, MIND and Burning Nights.

Natasza is the best therapist I've ever had. She listens very attentively, is super personable and cultivates a really comfortable environment where I feel safe to share. She offers really concrete strategies/methods to help me resolve some of the things going on in my life. I'm very grateful for her and would highly recommend her.

I’ve been with Natasza for over a year and she has helped me better understand the way my brain works and how to process a lot of what I’m feeling! She’s great!

I’ve always been sceptical about therapy and in denial I guess. From the first time I spoke to Natasza she had empathy and compassion regarding my situation. Over the sessions I’m starting to look at my life from a different perspective. With small tools and how she explains things, it has helped me so much.
