I use an integrative and individualized approach to the therapy. I'm a person-centered therapist yet goal-directed. I am a certified addictions counselor. In the months spent in therapy with NaTonya I was able to grow as an individual. She taught me some ways to take control of my life and set boundaries with those around me. She guided me through each challenge I faced and helped me get the result that I needed. I learned to better communicate my emotions/needs a lot better because of her and how to say no. I've struggled with people pleasing my whole life and her advice has supported me in ways that I had never before.
