About me

I consider it an honor to be here for my clients in offering unconditional support for the various challenges in their lives! I love working with clients to remind them of how amazing they are, despite whatever challenges are standing in their way or who has ever told them otherwise.

There's a lot going on around us that can make this a very difficult time and space. But never forget--joy, peace, and fulfillment are still here just waiting to be found!

I am actively licensed in professional counseling in several states in the U.S. and I have over 20 years of work experience in the field of psychology/behavioral health to include education, counseling office, international work, and inpatient settings.

I most enjoy working with clients who have stress, anxiety, and/or trauma-related symptoms and events to work through because this is my area of my expertise.
Additionally, due to my PhD in International Psychology and my background in international humanitarian work and living abroad, I enjoying connecting with expats/immigrants as a source of support.

I also have experience supporting LGBTQA+ community members (to include transgender client life and medical transitions) and I greatly respect and acknowledge their unique stressors within often challenging social and family dynamics.

Taking the first step to seeking a happier and more fulfilling life takes courage and I am here to provide ideas and encouragement throughout that process. Whether it's just to have a safe place to talk regularly or to work through something more specific, I look forward to meeting you and working together!
