I'm a licensed therapist in Texas dedicated to supporting clients through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on helping individuals navigate depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and grief with compassion and clarity.
I bring a culturally responsive and affirming approach to therapy, honoring the diverse identities and experiences my clients bring to our work. I'm committed to creating a welcoming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, and those from all backgrounds and belief systems.
My areas of focus include communication and relationship concerns, trauma and sexual abuse recovery, grief and loss, intimacy issues, gender identity exploration, financial stress, workplace challenges, and life transitions. I also work with individuals addressing self-harm, addiction concerns, infidelity, family dynamics, and questions around sexuality and nontraditional relationships.
