About me

Do you feel overwhelmed by your anxious thoughts? Are you struggling to navigate relationships and set boundaries? Or maybe you're seeking to gain insight and break patterns? How many times have you thought about making a change, getting some support, finding someone who will listen without judgement? Have you been frustrated in the past with therapy that is long on talk and short on practical tools that lead to real change? You will not find this in our work together. Together, we can explore strategies to manage anxiety and develop coping mechanisms. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space is central to my therapeutic approach, where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
My goal is to curate a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to live a more peaceful and authentic life. Therapy is not “one-size-fits-all” and every individual has their own unique set of circumstances that influence their outlook, core beliefs, and self-talk. Together, we will collaborate to modify unhelpful thought patterns, examine your values, and cultivate self-awareness and resilience.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents individually, as part of a couple, family or group. I specialize in trauma processing, utilizing evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and humanistic counseling to help clients rebuild resilience and find peace.
