Necole Richardson, LPCC, LCMHC
About me
As a licensed therapist serving Tennessee, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on empowering clients to navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and personal growth. I bring a compassionate, culturally responsive approach that honors each person's unique experiences and identities.
My therapeutic work focuses on helping clients develop self-love, improve communication, address social anxiety, and explore life purpose. I am particularly committed to supporting individuals working through issues of shame, isolation, workplace stress, and personal transformation.
Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and deeply respectful of each individual's journey toward healing and self-understanding.

Necole has helped me immensely through my journey of healing. Whether it be issues that I'm facing in the moment or deep-seated trauma that I have trouble expressing, she has always been respectful and incredibly helpful. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to mental health but still remains empathetic while being professional. I enjoy our sessions and always look forward to the next one.
