About me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to begin.
My aim is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently supported to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I iv been an integrative counsellor since 2020 and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work ethically and collaboratively, tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
My work is trauma-informed and draws primarily on CBT, person-centred, and psychodynamic approaches. This allows us to combine practical tools for managing day-to-day difficulties with deeper reflection and understanding of emotional patterns.
I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, OCD, and neurodiversity.
Alongside my work with adults, I also have over four years of experience supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD. This has shaped my understanding of neurodiversity and the importance of adapting therapy to suit how each person thinks, feels, and processes the world.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and flexible, with an ability to adjust therapy to their needs and pace. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood.
Sessions are flexible, with 30 or 45 minute options available, and can take place via text, video call, or phone, allowing you to choose what feels most comfortable for you.
I am committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Whether you are facing anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I am here to support you on your journey.
