About me

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing, both in theory and in practice. I’ve seen transformation firsthand—through my own journey, through my training, and most powerfully, through the courage and growth of my clients. Every time someone dares to open up, to trust, to explore their pain and their potential—I am reminded why I do this work.

My approach is grounded in deep presence. I offer a space that is accepting, non-judgmental, and real. Clients often tell me they feel like they're talking to someone who truly sees them—not just as a set of problems to solve, but as a whole person. While I bring tools and insights to guide our work, I also believe in simply being with whatever is emerging—because sometimes, healing begins not in fixing, but in being deeply met.

Having walked my own path through trauma, I understand the complexity and the courage it takes to face yourself. Personal growth isn’t something I just talk about—it’s a lifelong commitment I live, both professionally and personally. That commitment allows me to be a rock for others while remaining open and attuned.

My style is collaborative and soulful. I work intuitively, drawing on somatic awareness, spirituality (not religion), and practical tools tailored to your unique needs. I’m not here to tell you who you are—I’m here to walk alongside you as you remember, reclaim, and reimagine what’s possible.

You might find moments of challenge in our work, but always held with compassion. You might also find unexpected warmth—a sense of friendliness and welcome that helps you breathe a little easier. This is your space, and my hope is that you feel not just heard, but held.

If you’re unsure, afraid, or simply hesitant to begin—know that you won’t be met with judgment. You’ll be met with care, presence, and a heart that genuinely wants to see you thrive.

You don't have to go through it alone.

A very considerate therapist heavily rooted in childhood trauma. He listens patiently, summarizes his understanding, and provides the insights on the roots of the issue. I’ve been working with Neil for half a year now, and I feel more in control of my emotions than I’ve ever had.

Neil has been incredible since we started our sessions - his blend of practical, everyday advice that has been hugely useful, and existential and philosophical way of viewing the world has been perfect for me in dealing with what I've been facing. He's got a brilliant way of communicating, is friendly, down-to-earth, approachable, incredibly knowledgable, humble, open... I could go on. He makes you feel comfortable, listens to what you say, and then gives you the tools to address your problems. 100% massively recommend Neil, if you're on the fence and read this review he's absolutely brilliant and you'll have no regrets choosing him as your therapist!

Neil is a great therapist. He is attentive, compassionate, always shows up when I am in need of support and companion. He identified several issues and showed me new habits to practicwe which helped me change from within and solve many of my problems from the roots. My life seriously changed for the better after seeing him.
