About me

I have nearly 30 years of experience bringing psychotherapeutic techniques combined with the ancient inner science of well-being derived from yogic lore. Together, it can bring a major shift with how you see and experience your life, work and the world you live in. I will use spontaneous guided meditations and breath work when needed, helping you to relax the mind and body allowing us to more easily explore together, helping you gain a new perspective and insight as you move forward in your life.
My background training includes physical therapy and yoga as a science and will add another dimension to further support you as you progress during the sessions.
How we hold our body, how we breathe, can support and nurture our mental and physical wellbeing.
I will invite and assist you so that you can learn how to clear subtle blockages in the body that may be an obstacle to your progress.
We will learn how to unwind together so that we can constructively explore thoughts and feelings, using them as a stepping stone to bring psychological and emotional balance and stability to whatever situation you find yourself in.
With humour and a zest for life, the process that I am offering will help you untangle your mind thus allowing clarity to come to the surface. I will help you to build your energies so that you are able to focus on what really matters to you.
My intention is to create an environment where we can relax, dissolve unhelpful mindsets while exploring what really works in enhancing your life. Our sessions will help build a firm platform within that will support you in the challenges that life will always present.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Neil Woolf . We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Neil has really helped me to take a step back and look in detail about my issues without judgement. In the past I was wanting to make changes in my life before understanding exactly what was going on within myself but also in my environment and as a result id be taking one step forwards and 2 steps back. He is also good communicator and listener and has a good sense of humour.

Neil has a very different approach to what I understood as therapy. He's very open, listens and grabs the nuggets to work on. He's helping me observe and be conscious of myself.

Incredible therapist and a real teacher. Neil helps me discover life as it is, and honestly, it is more beautiful than I could have imagined.
There is not enough thanks I can give Neil for the freedom I have gained in such early days.
The techniques used won't just solve the situation, but will change your overall well being and level of peace in life.
