About me

Thank you for your interest in my services. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the beautiful state of Oregon. I received my MSW from Portland State University in 2010 specializing in direct client care and immediately after graduating I was hired as the primary therapist at a Secure Residential Treatment Facility then found my passion for working with older adults and people with disabilities. I have specialty training in Geriatric Mental Health including dementia, behavioral changes and challenges, family interventions and navigating long term care options. I’ve worked in Bend Oregon for much of my career with people across the life span. I have been honored to witness people during during their darkest times come back into the light as they adapt new ways of living that brings them happiness and joy. Often change happens by letting go, practicing acceptance or discovering self worth. I can help people get back on track by identifying lost part of themselves, developing new habits and connections and by redefining and manifesting the life they want to live.

I’m naturally non judgmental, caring and compassionate and connect with people through empathy, intuition and open communication to help clients feel safe to work at a deeper lever. I combine theory and modalities using Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing with interest in alternative healing modalities using energy medicine, sound healing, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique, reiki and our Mother Earth. I will help you identify goals and teach you skills to use to manage symptoms, change behaviors and patterns or resolve an issue. I can also help you feel confident in living by your values, accept yourself and your actions and help build relationships and work towards personal goals. I personalize each treatment to meet clients unique needs and free blockages using a variety of treatment interventions utilizing the body, mind and soul connection and somatic interventions Each session will be geared towards your needs in the moment while also maintaining momentum towards the greater goal, one step at a time.
