Nichelle Artwell, LPC
About me
Professional Experience: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families for the past 15 years.
Philosophy of Care: My hope is to establish a warm caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths; and better collaborate with you towards meeting your goals so that you are living the meaningful and purposeful life you desire. I am well versed in helping children, adolescents, and young adults to develop a strong sense of self, positive coping skills, and to be able to express themselves in a positive manner.
Clinical Focus: I specialize in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). I seek to help individuals identify how the traumas that they have experienced in their life have a direct impact on the way that they think, feel, and react.
