My past experiences in therapy have always being lacked getting to the root cause of my issues. Dr. Ford has provided supplemental readings so I can continue to work on my own time and delve deeper into my past which I haven’t done before. Dr.Ford is simply the best. She is positive and helps provide you with the tools you need to be successful and identify things you may not have even seen. She listens and gives helpful articles and videos as well as good suggestions and thoughtful questions to consider. I like my therapists to help me stay on track and keep learning about my self-improvement, instead of having someone to just complain to. Dr. Ford's guidance has been very helpful in building my competence in managing tough emotions.
