Having worked with Nicole for over a year now has yielded cumulative benefits for her insight and observations that are immediately applicable for me to give myself the space and perspective I need and also brainstorm ideas on how to foster healthy relationships and growth both at home and through work as I navigate a career transition.

All I can say is is that since I've started working with Nicole on better help I feel like I'm getting the support I've always needed. The biggest value point for myself besides the one-on-one video sessions are my ability to send her voice memos throughout the day. She responds in a fair, timely manner and to me that displays somebody who's genuinely interested in me getting better.
