In therapy, I firmly believe that you hold the keys to your own healing and growth. My role is that of a supportive guide, utilizing therapeutic techniques to unearth the answers within you.

Drawing from a rich toolkit of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Logotherapy, Existentialism, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Rational Emotive Therapy, Self-Psychology, Bowen’s Family System, and Humor Psychology, I tailor my methods to suit your unique needs and preferences.

I lucked out in terms of therapy. It’s nice to not have to worry about not being heard . Any concern is just as important and valid as the last. The support she can give is unmatched.

I couldn’t be happier with or more proud of the work that I’ve done with Nicole this year.

Nicole is by far the best therapist I’ve ever had in my life. She is definitely an active listener, and practices a form of existential therapy where she is along for the ride with you. She always sweetly challenged me and comforted me in the exact right ways. We did a deep diveInto a past relationship of mine that really helped me heal from the trauma of it. I hope we can work together again in the future.

Nicole has been amazing in the time since we’ve started sessions. I feel like we’ve really clicked, and I’ve genuinely appreciated all of her advice and expertise.
