I am a dedicated mental health professional with more than 26 years of experience serving adolescents and adults across a wide spectrum of behavioral health needs. Much of my career has been closely connected to the criminal justice system, supporting youth and adults involved in the courts while providing trauma-informed, dual-diagnosis, and substance use care. worked I have also worked across all ASAM levels of care and brings extensive expertise in co-occurring mental health and addiction treatment.
My clinical work is grounded in a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I integrate traditional therapeutic approaches—such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based practices—with natural health and wellness models, honoring the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment. I offer a warm, open, and nonjudgmental style allows clients to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.
I provide services to individuals with complex needs, including eating disorders, dual diagnosis, trauma, personality disorders, and developmental or cognitive differences. I am trained in evaluating and treating internet and gaming addiction and has a strong history of treating individuals navigating life transitions, chronic stress, and emotional dysregulation. My diverse experience allows her to tailor care to each person’s unique strengths and circumstances.
I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and affirming therapeutic environment where individuals and families feel seen, heard, and understood.
