Nicole South, LCSW
About me
Welcome — I’m Nicole, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 9+ years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, strengths-based approaches, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you understand patterns, build coping skills, and move toward emotional balance. I also have extensive experience with EHR documentation, clinical case management, and providing both in-person and telehealth therapy.
Clients often describe me as calm, supportive, and easy to talk to. I’m here to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself. Whether you’re navigating overwhelming stress, grief, identity shifts, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply — we’ll walk through it together at your pace.
