Nicole Troelstrup, LMHC
About me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing individual and group therapy to diverse client populations. My background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety and disordered eating, supporting college students through academic and life transitions, and spending the past five years specializing in work with first responders.
My therapy style is direct, supportive, solution-focused, and affirming. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, helping you explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change.
I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are — no need to have the “right words” or pretend you have it all together. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burned out, or just trying to survive group texts and daily responsibilities, we’ll work through it together.
