About me

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional counselor in the state of Missouri with over 10 years of experience. I I feel honored to be able to walk with people through some of their most difficult times and help them find hope and healing in their lives, which may have felt impossible at the start.

My approach to counseling is to create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable enough to be genuinely known, safe enough for honest exploration, and supported enough to take new steps. I am a person dedicated to Christian faith and committed to helping each person find the wholeness and healing they desire. I glean from several counseling theories to tailor an approach that works best for you.

I have worked with individuals and families facing a variety of challenges such as depression and anxiety, relational and communication difficulties, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, marital and parenting struggles, and many other life situations causing people to feel stuck or empty.

Taking the step to try counseling requires a lot of courage, and I appreciate your consideration in allowing me to walk alongside you toward the change you desire.

I’ve been struggling with the feeling of not being heard but Nicole makes me feel heard. I feel like she understands exactly what I am trying to express. She is empathic, kind, and gives feedback. Past therapist I’ve worked with didn’t give feedback and it’s something I really appreciate.

Found the perfect fit for where we are at in life. She is easy to connect to and just what we were looking for.

Nicole has been so amazing through my journey in healing! She really takes the time to understand you, help you find the answers you need to help heal, she prays with and for you, she is the steady rock in your storm.

Nicole challenges me to think in ways that I couldn't think on my own. She listens and understands me, and sits with me. She is patient and helps me work through my challenges and allows me the time to process what is next. She is very appreciated!
