Niesha was very easy to talk to. She was empathetic and very understanding. She also provided reassurance of things I was right and provided intel for things I should change. There was no judgement and my session ended with me feeling hopeful.

Mrs. Gowens listens well and I feel that I’m having a breakthrough. She doesn’t appear to be judgmental at all. She makes me feel heard and important.

Niesha has been great at helping me feel heard and making me feel like I have pretty good insight and intuition when it comes to the things that we discuss. She has a great way of making observations and stating things in a way that help me gain a different perspective which allows me to understand myself and others better. I really appreciate how casual and natural our conversations and sessions have been.
