I’ve worked with Nigel for about 3-4 months. Nigel is an incredibly flexible, reliable and committed therapist. He’s good at creating that safe space, listening and understanding, which makes me feel seen for who I am and want to be as well.

Nigel has been super helpful though my sessions with him. I was a little reluctant to have therapy, considering my experiences in the past, but Nigel has completely worked through all those quibbles - I'd have therapy again with him in a heartbeat

Nigel is a fantastic therapist with true passion showing through every interaction we have. He listens carefully to build understanding and supports me with very valuable insights both during our calls and in the chat. I am extremely glad I met Nigel at this very difficult time I am going through as he helped me to find grounding and reason in the moments when it felt like my life is falling apart.

I thought I couldn’t even dream of a therapist like him. But there he is. He’s the best.

Nigel is superb. He really, really listens a carefully, taking a notes that clearly show his attention to detail, his clinical expertise and his bespoke attention to each individual client. Perhaps most importantly (for me), he is challenging. He knew I needed to pressed on long-embedded, superficially comfortable habits and ritualised ways of thinking. It’s early days, but I am very happy.
