My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I strive to meet clients where they are, through acceptance and honoring their humanity and individualization. There is no one-size-fit-all approach or quick fixes, but therapy can help you help you process the pain, while obtaining new skills to help you reach your desired goals.
I specialize in using evidence-based treatment to help clients empower themselves and gain insight. Through collaborative work and sharing your truth, the ongoing process of emotional healing can happen. I would be honored to join you on your journey towards positive change.
