About Me

Do you feel like no one understands the daily challenges you face or the internal pain you carry? Are you struggling to find happiness in the things you once enjoyed? Emotionally exhausted? Stressed? If you answered yes to any of these, you are not alone. These feelings can be overwhelming and can contribute to feeling helpless and stuck in life. You don't have to navigate these challenges alone. Healing begins with connection and I offer you a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space to express yourself and feel understood. I'm offering you a place where you can take off the mask, let tears flow, and express your frustrations.

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I strive to meet clients where they are, through acceptance and honoring their humanity and individualization. There is no one-size-fit-all approach or quick fixes, but therapy can help you help you process the pain, while obtaining new skills to help you reach your desired goals.
I specialize in using evidence-based treatment to help clients empower themselves and gain insight. Through collaborative work and sharing your truth, the ongoing process of emotional healing can happen. I would be honored to join you on your journey towards positive change.
