Noam always listens to me intently and his responses are very aware of my needs and what I am looking to get out of our meetings. In our first meetings he shared various approaches that we could take and our ongoing chats have applied those to my needs. He has been very available for scheduling and through chat and overall, a great help working through all of my concerns.

He listens to everything I say, even when I go on long rants he still brings up specific points that I talked about and that makes me feel like I'm being heard. He responds with very insightful points and challenges my thinking which helps me to re-evaluate myself. He tells me what I need to hear, which is just what I need and he also sets me up so I make the connections myself and therefore learn more.
