He listens to everything I say, even when I go on long rants he still brings up specific points that I talked about and that makes me feel like I'm being heard. He responds with very insightful points and challenges my thinking which helps me to re-evaluate myself. He tells me what I need to hear, which is just what I need and he also sets me up so I make the connections myself and therefore learn more.

Noam is very prompt with his responses and very flexible when it comes to scheduling. He makes me feel comfortable with sharing my experiences and has just made this experience a very pleasant one.
