These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Norma Robinson. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
She listens gives great advice, worksheets if needed. Is very encouraging, empathetic and caring.
Listens and offers informative insight.
Norma is patient and tactful. Over the past few months I’ve been able to feel her compassion without feeling like the lines between therapist and client are being muddled. A good example of healthy boundaries with someone is what I really needed in my life. She’s good for responding to messages when they need to be responded to and is good about reaching out for extra calls/support. She has nvr gotten upset with my off-color jokes, she let’s me talk about what is in my mind as well. Norma is the first person who has ever taken the time to push me a little further (gently) and dig into me when I wasn’t feeling like giving much. I really love appreciate the work she puts into my therapy.
Norms is great! She listens and actually cares about getting to the root of the problems and provides tools for self evaluation. I highly recommend.
I have loved having her as a therapist. She is the first I have ever had to try to teach me tools that could help me deal with things as they happen. I am very thankful for her.
Norma makes me feel comfortable to express myself at all times without judgment

I find my sessions with Norma Robinson extremely enlightening and beneficial. She offers practical guidance in dealing with my issues. She challenges me to look at situations from a different perspective while still making me feel supported. I see and feel the difference in my outlook after each session.
Norma is a gem, she truly just gets things and is always confirming if she understands correctly which makes me feel seen and heard. She checks in on me between sessions & is great at getting straight to the work that needs to be done!
Finding BetterHelp.com and being connected to my counselor, Norma Robinson has been a godsend. Although it has only been a month, I am feeling better and learning new ways to deal with what life brings. It feels great to talk with someone, especially someone trained to help people overcome stress and anxiety. I especially love the ease of talking from wherever I am without having to drive to a location for sessions! I highly recommend BetterHelp.com!
Norma is so respectful and welcoming. The couple times we have talked, she has allowed me to express my feelings confidently and has done an excellent job helping me understand those feelings. Her advice has been eye opening.
Words can’t describe how grateful I am for Norma. I had to make some hard and life changing decisions to pursue my own happiness, and she gave me the support and advice I needed to accomplish that. I’m in a much better place today thanks to Norma.
