About me
Coming to therapy can be a frightening experience. Many people feel anxious and vulnerable opening up to someone. My goal as a counselor is to create a safe environment for you to share your experiences and help you to make positive changes in your life. As a therapist the past 8 years I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse population that includes adults and couples.
My experience includes helping clients deal with a variety of issues like depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, ADD/ADHD, trauma and PTSD, marital and family issues, and those working through grief and loss. I use a variety of Integrative Therapy techniques, designed to fit my clients personal needs.
Everyone has the right to live an empowered life. Sometimes situations, people, or events prevent us from living to our fullest potential. My goal is to help you explore your thoughts and feelings surrounding life’s difficulties, and empower you with strategies that will help you manage stressors.
