And as a team, we will get to the root cause, identify your triggers and work collaboratively to develop insight, awareness, coping skills and tools to build your resilience, so you can arrive at answers within yourself. In essence, I'll support and empower you through your journey.

It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and to take the first steps towards change. I look forward to hearing your story and collaborating with you to explore choices, resources and options that will help you make positive and sustainable life changes.

What can I say, Nwando is my home girl!!! She has been awesome since I started doing therapy with her! When I was looking for a therapist, I wanted to find a therapist that was faith based and would help push me in my faith. Not only do I get to express and process my feelings during sessions, but we also do low key Bible studies at the end of sessions. I always feel amazing coming out of sessions and always look forward to our next session!

Nwando creates a safe space for you to feel transparent, vulnerable and honest. In a world where I do not always feel I can be those things at one time, it was refreshing and enlightening to have that during our sessions. I appreciate that she asked questions that made me do some reflective thinking about my life, and connect with what I was feeling from moment to moment. Our deep diving allowed me to hold space and grace for myself and others, which helped sharpen my perspective on a few things. Grateful for our time for sure.
