These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Onessa Robertson. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Onessa is the first therapist I’ve had who has been able to find the delicate balance between nurturing support and challenging my views. She never makes you feel rushed and I come out of every single session feeling like I’ve taken steps forwards.
I do value professionalism, but perhaps even more when it's backed up with a feeling the therapist you're talking to genuinely care and actively listens in a way that makes you feel they got your best interest in mind. Onessa ticks all thease boxes and many more. Highly recommend her to anyone that feels the same.
After spending a few months in therapy with Onessa, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. She made virtual therapy easy, tangible, and most importantly valuable. Truly incredible journey, and looking forward to continuing to put into practice the tools I was given.
I got extremely lucky being placed with an incredible therapist for my first go of talk therapy. Onessa has wonderful insight and intuition, and she is fantastically engaging and professional. My relationships and mental health are in a lot better shape since I began our weekly sessions.
Onessa has helped me immensely in understanding myself better. It was my first time ever being in therapy and she made it less intimidating than I thought it would be. Thank you for everything, Onessa.
Onessa is great! She always meets me where I am, and helps me to see situations with more clarity. Grateful for her
Onessa is an amazing therapist. I feel like she has a good understanding of what I need and can see things below the surface. She is very insightful and provides the proper questions to help guide me, and I have made a lot of progress since I started my sessions with Onessa. I feel like I’m on the right path to being the best version of myself with Onessa’s guidance!
Onessa is a thoughtful, caring and highly competent therapist. Not only does she listen well, but she also guides the session with thought provoking questions. She's allows a bit of her personality to show while remaining professional. Her calm tone and openness make her easy to talk to.
Onessa is a great listener. This is evidenced by her ability to effectively respond based on what is/has been said, rather than what may have been planned. She is easy to connect with...I highly recommend Onessa!
she is wonderful she listens to me and i feel so comfortable telling her anything!
I have thoroughly enjoyed my therapy sessions with Onessa holds for me. She provides a safe and loving place for me to work through my healing, allow for reflection, and also is able to acknowledge me during my time of transition and very difficult life moments. Along with providing supporting coping mechanisms and sound resources for long-term change, I am really grateful for her practice and for the time and space she gives to me.
Very helpful would definitely recommend
Onessa has been an integral part of my mental health journey. She is so open, understanding and receives everything I share with love, compassion and understanding. She is the reason I feel confident in my growth and don’t hesitate to share everything. I’m so grateful for Onessa’s expertise and insights. I could not recommend her enough to anyone else seeking help.
Onessa is patient, smart, and kind. She's helping me work through my experiences as a BIPOC in a predominantly white culture. I appreciate that she guides me towards positive thinking when I have some pessimistic thoughts. Talking to her is like talking to a friend and confidant. I highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Onessa. She is understanding, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She will help you understand and process your difficulties, while also helping you find coping strategies. You can be completely transparent with her and she will always make you feel comfortable. She is dedicated, cares and gives me hope. You will definitely make progress, with her help.
Would highly recommend seeing her! She is very patient, empathetic, and understanding of your specific needs. She is thorough in her services and genuinely cares.
