About me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I have been providing therapy services for 5 years. I have experience working a variety of individuals from various walks of life with a variety of challenges and presentations, such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood swings/bipolar symptoms, relationship/family challenges, personality disorders, communication challenges, grief/loss, and much more. Another area of experience I have is working with clients who have traumatic experiences, and supporting them in managing and reducing the impact of those experiences on their daily lives.

My approach to treatment is from a place of warmth and acceptance. My intention is for you to feel comfortable building trust with me, knowing that you will be welcomed into a non-judgmental atmosphere where we will work as a partnership to meet your goals. When beginning therapy, my approach is to provide support by learning about you from a biopsychosocial model, identifying how your biological, psychological, and social factors have impacted you to create the person you are today. From there, I use a range of interventions to support you in managing and reducing the challenges you are currently experiencing; Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength's Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness Therapy.

During our partnership, we will identify a plan together to help you become a healthier, happier you. I look forward to our time together and helping you become the person you have always wanted.

Paige is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly supportive and dedicated to her clients. She and I having been working intensely for 3 years and I am so grateful for her expertise, her kindness, and her patience with me as she gives me useful tools to cope with my mental struggles. She keeps me away from the ledge and gives me various points of view. She is so easy to open up to and her approach to each crisis and roller coaster is calm and gentle. And tough when the doom and gloom takes over. My mental pain is protected and safe in her hands ❤️
