She is helping me to change my life from feeling depressed and withdrawn and feeling emotionally/mentally abused, to a better mindset of focusing on myself, doing things for myself that i want and love to do that are good for me, and helping me to be stronger to stand up for myself and set my boundaries from family members who are emotionally and psychologically abusing me. As the process continued, however, I found that Dr. Bratton made it a point to have a space that was open and caring which made me feel more comfortable participating and being vulnerable in our sessions. I wish I would have found BetterHelp sooner.
