Pamela has been instrumental in my mental health journey over the last several months. I couldn’t be happier to have been matched with Pamela. She is incredibly empathetic and makes me feel understood. I can be vulnerable with her and feel completely supported. Navigating my grieving period has been incredibly challenging, but I feel proud to know that I’m moving through it with Pamela’s guidance. I’m looking forward to our continued work together. I wish everyone had a Pamela in their corner!

Before I started therapy I was not sure what to expect but even after my first session I felt like Pamela was amazing at her job. After meeting with Pamela for a while I can confidently say that she has had such a positive effect on my life and I am very grateful.
