I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Colorado with over 9 years of experience working as a licensed psychotherapist and certified life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including: anxiety/stress, depression/loss of purpose, past trauma, relationship issues, career challenges, lack of life direction, spirituality, insecurities/self-doubt/confidence issues, subcoscious blocks/beliefs, decision making, intuition, and life transitions . I believe in working holistically with the entire energy system including the body, mind, and spirit.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I am direct, but I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines energy psychology techniques (tapping, mindfulness, meridians, chakras), neuro linguistic programing, kinesiology, cognitive-behavioral, solution focused, and person centered therories. I will tailor our work together to meet your unique and specific needs.
My background: I have a Master's in Counseling Degree, I'm a Nationally Certified Counselor, a PSYCH-K Facilitator, a Certified EFT Practitioner, a Certified Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, a Reiki Master, a Certified Law of Attraction Coach, an Authorized Tapping into Wealth Coach, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I also have additional training in NLP, Rapid Resolution Therapy, the Emotion Code, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I am continually learning new techniques and discovering new ways to help my clients heal from the inside out.
