What to say about Patricia.... I guess I'll start with she is actively helping me change my life. I feel supported and heard in a way that feels natural, not clinical. It's pretty obvious to me that Patricia is a master of her craft. 10 out of 10 would recommend her to anyone. She isn't the first therapist I've engaged, with even on this platform, but it's clear to me that she can be the last. Thank you Patricia.

Patricia Grady is a very thoughtful and I feel completely safe talking to her about anything that comes to mind. Even if it is through a message because I can’t get the words to come out verbally.

Patricia is an excellent listener, who gives incredible feedback and makes me feel very supported. It's not easy to find a therapist who hits all three!

Patricia has been amazing, and helped me in ways I didn't think we're possible. Being able to message her at anytime, as well as having a journal to use, and goals to work towards has made the process of grieving more understandable and manageable.
