About me
My name is Patricia Ulloa. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for the last 24 years. My area of expertise has been Substance Use Disorders, as well as other related disorders such Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, other addictions, lack or motivation, and trauma. I specialized working with transitional aged youth and adults facing substance use challenges, as well as adjusting to change.
My lenses of approach are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients make the changes necessary to live a productive, drug free lifestyle.
My goal is to help individuals, through a supportive therapeutic relationship, achieve a healthy lifestyle.
