Patrick is very patient and calm . He seems knowledgeable and eager to help me get to the root of my problems with a healthy balance of venting and discussing self help tools.

Patrick is a wealth of knowledge and doesn't beat around the bush. His approach has kept me focused on my goals and not get side tracked. He is amazing and I am thankful that BetterHelp connected us as he has allowed me to learn and work on myself in ways others have not been able to.

I signed up for Better Help with very few expectations, especially because I was being assigned a "random" therapist. I could not have been matched any better. Each week, I am amazed by the level of skill and empathy shown to me. He is exceptionally talented at helping me help myself, recognize my strengths, and change my mindset and behaviors. He is flexible, non-judgmental, insightful, patient, and personable. I have gone to therapy before, both in-person and online, and have never had the level of successful growth I've found under Patrick Elzey. While I still have a long way to go, I finally feel change is possible and even inevitable, thanks to him.
I'm thankful each day that I was matched with this therapist and am also thankful that Better Help has provided such a great platform for therapy.
