I have not made it easy on Patsy. I came to her at a time that I had A LOT going on. 3 pillars in my life were 'crumbling' and I was grasping at straws.

Introduce Patsy; she remained calm and collected and was able to help me break down my issues I was having across the board, and she continues to do so. She remains invested in my development and is extremely responsive.

My only regret is that I didn't connect with her sooner. I've had a few different therapists in my life, and I am by far most comfortable with Patsy.

Patsy offers me an analogous approach as it were a clean canvas to which i choose what I want to create in our sessions and gives me the color wheel to which I can use to craft the results im looking for from my share. Thanks She is knowledgeable in her share with a plethora of examples and illustrations for my therapy goals.

I have spoken with Patsy 3 times now and each session she has introduced me to new strategies that has helped me in my healing process. I have been iffy with finding a new therapist especially with being 23 and not understanding if I would find someone who could relate and listen to me, but I understand now that it’s essential to grow. I am thankful to have been matched with her and I recommend her to any person who needs help. She has given not only passion to her clients, but also tools to figure out the problem. I believe she is a therapist who saves lives, and I would recommend her to anyone searching for that safe space.

Patsy has been so compassionate, understanding and helpful. She lets me speak without interrupting or leading the conversation, she asks incisive questions that help me reframe and reflect on things from another perspective, and she remembers and references things I said in previous sessions. I didn't think I would enjoy video therapy and I don't think it would work with just anyone, but Patsy made me feel comfortable right away. I highly recommend this therapist :)

Patsy is very good at talking me through my issues and providing a helpful feedback and plan to resolve the situation and move forward to better myself. She has a calm demeanour and has a very gentle yet firm way of helping me resolve my problems and to avoid said problems in the future.
