I feel understood and heard and I look forward to every session. I’ve become someone who talks about their therapist all the time because the knowledge I’ve gained is so valuable and I love to share what I’ve learned.

I was always hesitant about therapy. I never viewed talking about my problems as a way of solving it. On the first session, a lot was said and helped me realize things about myself. Overall it was a great experience and while there is a lot of work to do, there is also progress I can see actively working on changing my thoughts and my actions for a better healthier me.

It's nice to have a therapist that doesn't remind me of my mom, Patsy seems more like a friend that I can open up to about my mother issues and I really need that.
