Paul Cleland, BACP
About me
I am counsellor based in the UK with 9 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, & depression. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I work with both mind and body to uncover these strengths, through compassionate inquiry and a somatic approach to help unlock emotional blocks that are trapped or locked in the body.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
I look forward to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Paul Cleland. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Paul is my first-ever therapist, and I am really enjoying our conversations. He's adapting to my needs and teaching me how to deal with whatever issues arise. His ability to remember essentially every detail I tell him is uncanny but very much appreciated. I am enjoying the journey and would recommend Paul for sure.
